We endeavour to pack all orders and ship them out to you within 24-72 hours of your payment being received. Orders will be fulfilled for shipment Mondays - Fridays only during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). Orders placed on holidays or long weekends will be processed on the following business day.
In the event of an order payment isn't received or incomplete, we will contact you (the customer) directly. Three attempts will be made to contact you. In the event that all attempts are unsuccessful, we will cancel the order.
RJS&co specializes in carrying smaller quantities of uniquely curated designs. In the event an item we are out of stock in is ordered and/or there is an inventory error, we will contact you immediately to rectify the order or, if that is not possible, refund your purchase. Three attempts to contact you to rectify the order will be made, in the event no communication is returned the order will be cancelled.

Where Do We Deliver?
Although we offer worldwide shipping, only customers from Canada, United States, Europe, Australia & New Zealand are able to check out online. If you are an international client living outside of these regions, you must contact us directly to make a purchase with RJS&co. International shipping rates vary a great deal, and so the best way for us to service our international clients is through WhatsApp or Instagram DM consultations. International clients must pay via PayPal or credit card (charges apply).
RJS&co. is not responsible for covering domestic and international customs fees/duties, or any fees your financial institution may charge as a result of currency conversion rates. Any additional fees charged to you upon delivery is imposed by your government and not by RJS&co.
Shipment and Tracking Details:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. The tracking number link will take you to the respective courier website, and show you an expected date of delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active on the courier website.
Time to Ship
Shipping times vary. For Canadian and US clients, your order will take 2-5 days to ship. International shipping times vary from 3-5 days to up to 2 weeks. You will be informed immediately in an email how long shipping will take and you will be provided a tracking number. If you need your items rushed, please contact us immediately first so that we can send it out with the appropriate carrier. Please add a minimum 24 hour processing time to your listed shipping time when checking out.
Custom orders must be placed directly with us. Please see our contact form at the bottom of each page and we will be in touch within 24-48 hours. If this is a rush customer order, please identify it by placing "Urgent" in the form title.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Your billing address is where you get your bills from your credit card company. Shipping address is the address where you (customer) wants to receive your purchase.
