RJS&Company is no longer taking in-person appointments, due to the Second Lockdown imposed on the region we are based in, effective November 20. The second lockdown has been extended (November 20 - December 22) and is now effective ONTARIO-wide from December 26 onwards.
Our appointment booking system is operating as usual. You can schedule your VIRTUAL appointment with us online, and the method to do so is the same as booking in-person appointments. Note: you will receive an address in your confirmation email, which you must disregard. The address is automatically applied to all emails by default, as it needs to be there for pickup clients.
Note that we always first approve your appointment after you schedule it. If you do not meet the requirements we set for appointments, your virtual appointment will be cancelled.
What to expect when you book an appointment with us:
1) After you book your in-person appointment, you will receive an email from us confirming you meet our strict requirements. You can see what our requirements are below.
2) Our requirements for an appointment include the following: You have your outfit or swatches and are ready to shop for your jewelry; You have shopped around and are familiar with what your options are on the market; You have familiarized yourself with our price ranges on our website. We absolutely do NOT bargain or negotiate our pricing.
RJS&Company continues to offer free curbside pickup services. If you'd like to come pick up your order, it will have to be contactless. You'll retrieve your order from our front porch, where you'll find your bag with your name/receipt on it.
At this time, all global and domestic couriers are backed up and orders may take longer than usual to process and deliver. Please keep this in mind when ordering with us online: a delay of a few days is to be expected, given the worldwide COVID19 pandemic & current holiday season.
INDIA IS ALSO IN THE MIDDLE OF A CRISIS WITH PROTESTORS BLOCKING HIGHWAYS GOING TO DELHI. THIS MAY CAUSE DELAYS IN US RECEIVING OUR CUSTOM ORDERS FROM INDIA. Please order accordingly & with an abundance of time.
